At Mental Health Stop, we aim to provide helpful resources for people struggling with life's stresses. Whether you are having difficulty coping with a major life change, are overworked and stressed out about your day-to-day life, or are dealing with anxiety issues that hamper your ability to live your life the way you want to, we're here to offer resources and advice.

This site is a judgment-free zone: We know that everyone's life situation is different, and we don't expect everyone to be able to handle things in the same way. Not everything works for everybody, but most people can find some way to cope with what life throws at them. Sometimes, you just need a little push in the right direction.

Mental Health Stop was founded by two therapists looking to help those who may not need counseling or may not quite be ready to seek it out yet but could use a little advice to help them get through their days. We are:
